DeKalb County Children Programs
The Basics DeKalb County helps families and caregivers support young children’s learning and development through simple, everyday practices. Our goal is to make it easy for anyone to help babies and toddlers grow strong minds, build curiosity, and learn new skills. The Basics are five fun, simple, and powerful ways we can interact with children to build a strong foundation of learning!
