- Water – $5.79 per 1,000/gallons
- Sewer – $6.32 per 1,000/gallons
- Bull Run Creek – $8.34 (Flat Rate charge per bill for the IEPA Bull Run Creek Improvement services)
- Sewer Improvement – $3.00 (Flat Rate charge per bill dedicated to Village Sewer Improvement costs)
- Water Improvement – $3.00 (Flat Rate charge per bill dedicated to Village Water Improvement costs)
