Just a heads up for our residents about two upcoming events:
- A Fairdale Tornado Remembrance will be held on Wednesday, April 9th beginning at 6:30 PM at the Fairdale Park for the 10-Year Anniversary of the Fairdale Tornado. A moment of Silence will take place at 7:15 PM for those lives lost during the tornado.
- The Kirkland Community Garden will be holding a “Tilling Day” on Saturday, April 12 beginning at 11:00 AM. We are looking for a few individuals with Tillers to provide some time to till approximately 50′ x 50′ for our Community Garden at the corner of Hortense Dr and 7th Street.
